Platform Introduction

Multifunctional economic and trade platform for the countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

The platform is an institution within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization:

• International non-governmental organizations, established through the Compact Mechanism;

• With the purpose of “building a community with a shared future for mankind”;

• The “Shanghai Spirit” of “mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality, consultation, respect for diverse civilizations and seeking common development” as the norm;

• With the goal of “building a harmonious and beautiful home for all things”;

• Guided by the in-depth implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative;

• Settled in Chongqing, based in China, radiating to the upper cooperation, linking the surrounding areas and facing the world;

• Integrate multi-ownership market entities to build an international ecosystem of industrial innovation, help improve the resilience of the international industrial chain and supply chain, and promote the coordinated development of multilateral economy and trade;

• Its main leadership is concurrently served by serving cadres appointed by the Chinese government, and they assume national tasks as NGOs in the new international situation;

• Build a new SCO ecosystem led by central enterprises, supported by state-owned enterprises, pioneered by private enterprises, and partnered by foreign enterprises.

Establish a non-profit organizational plan

• The SCO is established by a treaty between states, as is the SCO Economic and Trade Platform;

• In order to unite the industrial chain, form brand clusters, and conform to the legal system of development organizations under the framework of Chinese law, the Chongqing Brand Building Promotion Association (CPP) is specially registered with the civil affairs department of China to innovate and operate.

• Members of the CPC may voluntarily become members of the SCO Economic and Trade Platform Working Committee after the establishment of the special committee.

• The CPC is the landing and operation organization of the SCO Economic and Trade Platform, which can simply be regarded as one set of teams, two brands, and all members have two identities.
