Members can be empowered at the national level, guaranteed by policies, funds, security and other aspects:
• Members acquire an international status of the SCO;
• Easier access to the governments of SCO member states and other friendly countries, as well as with local governments, authorities, associations, central state-owned enterprises and listed companies, and obtaining public-level support;
• Turning cooperation between enterprises into government-to-government cooperation with the SCO and the Chinese government, improving investment and operational security in the mining sector;
• Within the working committee, receive technical, policy, financial, operational management and other assistance;
• Revenue can be derived from the introduction of projects or participation in them;
• Coordination of import and export quotas for incoming and outgoing funds and goods
